We are able to accomplish so much with such a small team because everyone is a leader in their respective projects - there are no passengers, so it feels like a shared commitment to our goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all so diverse, but gel incredibly well as a team - the culture is so supportive, but you get to know the 'real person' and not just employee personas which I have experienced in other organizations.
