We listen to each other's ideas, we want to make the best decisions for the company, help each other out on large projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the industry standards and what other companies are paying for similar roles, I am about 15-20% underpaid and they also offer a 401K match.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all want each other to succeed! Whether that means at work or in our personal lives. Our culture provides us the flexibility and balance to pursue other goals outside of the company.
