This is one of the best leadership teams I have seen and worked with. They break down silos, are hands on and genuinely want to work together for the benefit of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great mix b/t compensation, bonus and equity. Having a 401k match is the only missing part right now but I understand not uncommon for companies that are pre-ipo and can't offer it just yet
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
relatively low silos, we are all marching to the same goal.. we simply want to win and make us great while having fun day to day and giving back to the community as well
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are respectful of each other and genuinely respect the contributions and talent we each bring every day. There are no agendas, gossip, or back-stabbing. We celebrate our projects, goal achievements and regularly celebrate our own personal life milestones as well as our individual work achievement
