It's very collaborative, everyone wants to help each other.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the commission structure but it would be nice if the base salary was higher to compensate for the cost of living.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the CEO knows most people by their first name and has no problem striking up a conversation with anyone in the company.
