Overall it is a great place to be. Still lots of room for growth and NOW finally many systems and practices are in place ensuring a more stable and repeatable work experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This may sound weird, but the fact that I had 2 interviews and met with over 5 people gave me confidence when they hired me after.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With only a few exceptions the new hires since I began have been top notch. They have done an excellent job I feel in finding and accepting new team mates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a common goal as the workers and do not ask for the impossible. They are realistic and are eager to provide help/tools/training if you want it or need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the health benefits could be a little better but then again I think you need to be a big company to get a discount. I pay a small fortune and still get big bills from the doctors for seemingly routine things.
