Collaboration and the overall willingness to help each other out...plus they tolerate my dad jokes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall willingness to work with you in accommodations...I mean this is the most flexible place I have ever worked. I do my best to keep it that way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am getting paid below my worth - however they give me flexibility and let me work from home - So I guess it all comes out in the wash
