The ability to work remote and the relax work hours. come in whenever, leave whenever, as long as you get your work done. there is never any micro-managing

My personal work and creative freedom. I have my own voice and am able to take ownership and responsibilities with any projects I want. I can easily work with others and never feel overwhelmed.
