Working on solving new problems for our customers. Figure out to use technology in a new way to solve these problems
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could get better financial compensation and benefits in similar companies in our space. I stay because of the team and projects we work on. A higher salary would make me feel better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear and honest about where we are as a company. They provide context and explain their take on what needs to be done. They don't "ask" you to do things, they "convince" you to do them.
