My team has an "I win, you win, we all win" mentality and everyone is always willing to pitch in, brain storm, and offer guidance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fuze's leadership genuinely cares about the people they employ and see them as humans not just employees - this has been demonstrated multiple times during this pandemic and new civil rights movement. They also place a high importance on transparency from the top down.
