I think the commission structure is fair once you hit your accelerators.

People do seem to root for one another. People don't seem selfish.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels like they do try their best to keep everyone informed about the direction of the company. Obviously, there are things that can't be shared, but it seems like they try to be as transparent as possible.
