Honestly it was pretty rough back in the TPN days (but exciting), however it's been great to witness the massive improvements & growth over the years into what we have now. Only issue I have is career advancement still seems tough. Although I take pride in what I do, I could certainly take on more.
The freedom/flexibility to get work done the way I need to throughout the day
Everyone is always willing to chip in, even if it's not something within their immediate wheelhouse
Again, the transparency seems to be a lot better these days, fingers crossed it's not just an act
I like the RSU's, hopefully there will be more, and hopefully we'll be back on track soon for IPO...
They get work done w/o passing the buck or pointing fingers at each other, it's a real team atmosphere
Seem a lot more transparent these days than in the past and willing to listen to reason over growth at all costs.
The increased transparency, it certainly seems to have improved over these past 2 years. I've always said, we're all adults, just give us the facts.
The flexibility, it's huge and I don't feel like I'm getting micromanaged which is also huge. These are probably the 2 biggest factors that have kept me here this long.
It's probably the most friendly place I've worked, I see a lot less finger pointing when something goes wrong and wanting to place blame before solving anything than I have at other companies, or in the past here.
Package is great, however as part of the healthcare or something to that effect, it would be great to see some sort of stipend for gym memberships. Working out will lower the costs of health insurance among many other benefits, just seems like a good add.
