I like the freedom to work remotely. That's what has kept me here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
to be honest, because I've felt under values by my leadership, my co-workers have the same attitude. That's been worked on by leadership and now just has to trickly down to my co workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd have to investigate what my comparable salary would be at other companies. Until recently, my skill set was underutilized. I'm hoping in the next round of raises, I'll be brought up to what I should be making and assigned work equal to my sill level.
