When I go in at five or three in the morning to stock with the team I get to clean up the store little pick it up due to the fact that when we stock, I have a team, clean and face all the aisles before leaving, which makes the store look nice have them remove side stacks and put new and better onse

Now bad since prices are going up and customer are blaming employees for increased prices.

Being able to see you all the new items coming off the truck for the seasons

I love my regular customers they make my day everytime I see them.

SSC and support partners are not held accountable to being responsive and providing the necessary tools for stores to be successful.

Better talent, responsive support partners at all levels. Holding SSC personnel accountable to supporting stores. This is critical to those on the front lines everyday. It also causes Market Directors to lose credibility.
Check in with the store managers to ensure they are treating their team fairly and with respect.
Better management, better items and LOWER prices on items over .99
Lots of stealing, prices arent that low anymore. Most of the regular customers stopped coming in and if they do come in they hardly buy anything

Drop the "only" from the name
Switch the manager that spreads rumors and the head manager that thinks if she says it itll happen.
Like instated, no rude remarks, NO driving employees to tears. I'm not the only one they do this too. Maybe have immediate "mods" do actual work instead of gossiping in the break room. Also allow your employees to go to the restroom BEFORE it's too late. STOP GIVING US 38 HOURS WITHOUT BENEFITS.

We are constantly short cashiers. We often have 2 tills open while lines are 20+ people deep. This is due to constant misscheduling.

constructive criticism needs to take place starting with management. rules need to be enforced. warehouse leads need to set better examples. their attitude towards work and employee associates really needs work
