honestly everything is im being 100 percent honest they need a whole new team at that store.
Store manager need to put some ground rules she lets them walk all over her they always show up 20 min late and she doesnt tell them nothing they argue with customers and even threaten to fight with them she doesnt do nothing about it my opinion she shouldnt be store manager.

If everyone did their best, compensation would be fair. If you have a team of people who do less then the minimum with no accountability, then someone who works fast and well, would feel that compensation is too low. This would apply to any job or industry.
Im getting paid 16 while doing the work of 3-4 people constantly better pay would be nice and more benifits
U am very up set that I don't get 8 hr shifts. U get 4 hr shifts if I'm lucky I get an 6 hr shift. Minimum wage u feel is not enough. The store itself is very busy on top of keeping clean and the n order
i dont get paid enough and i also dont get any recondition my store manager takes all the credit but when its something bad i get all the credit.
The store manager offer a stocker a key holder positon with the pay started at 17hr i get paid 17.50hr i think its unfair due to my positon .i would also like to keep them from knowing that I am the assistant manager from the store

My coworkers need to take ownership of their jobs and just do the minimum would be an improvement. There are a million little easy things to do. just do it, that will better distribute the work amongst a team and encourage better team work and support for each other.

Need to get a new store manager who actually cares about the company instead of sitting in the break room with three more associates taking over 30 minute breaks instead of 10 minutes and actually put it in put them on the rules and keep in the store clean
