What do you like best about the leadership team?
The support, they always have their door open for feedback and improvement. the coms are always on point and also very easy to understand and direct
Down-to-earth and normal people who go out of their way to speak to everyone in the company and get to know people on a human level.
Leadership team has a vison that inspires all employees while taking bold decision that create real impact for the company and our customers.
Leaders have an open-door policy that allows me to share feedback and suggestions for improvement. They connect with us often and keep us updated on our company performance and mission!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They offer a well rounded benefit package with some unique add-ons.

There’s a good amount of time off, plus some nice extras like volunteering days, wellbeing days, and compassionate leave. The health insurance package is solid, and the annual bonus is definitely a plus to

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think compensation should be tied to business impact and actual performance as well.
I am paid significantly lower than the market rate.

More transparency about how much others in the team get paid would help. It would be outstanding if Pipedrive would be a company that adopts total salary transparency. A clearer promotion and bonuses system would help, too.

people first all the way. It's about the person behind the laptop. Lots of perks around the office and aesthetically the offices are awesome. Swag campaigns are always a great bonus

The culture has been eroding during the last year with new hires to leadership positions. Ineffective people should be made accountable.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was well organized and transparent.
We have an interview with the future team members I feel like that is very good to set the scene on how the team will be, I also met with a senior leader in my field and it was great to set expectations and put me at ease
The chance to meet a lot of different people from the company which helped me understand the company culture.
How well organized it was, it was long and with a lot of steps, but I never felt lost. Many instructions as well, so I felt like I knew what I was going for
Had multiple interviews, one with my proposed manager and another with the person that would be training me. Nice that multiple people on different teams are involved in the process to make sure the candidate is a perfect fit

What makes you most happy at work?
Participating in new projects and learning about AI.
That I feel comfortable in my team and role and have the flexibility of working from home
Feeling valued and appreciated, and that I can be myself.
The laid back professional culture, it is stressful yes, but they (direct and indirect management) always try their best, so it is not felt as something negative, breaks are incentivized per example
being successful in my role, helping others accomplish their goals
