On setting it's leaders up with the proper tools to succeed at their level, trusting leadership to get the job done.

They are extremely transparent and empathetic while also being hard workers who are willing to "roll up their sleeves" and work alongside the team. They "show up" literally and metaphorically for their teams to ensure the business is on track.

When the stock was up, it was good. But, largely, the stock is down.

Packages are fair, no complaints.

It is market competitive and has both fixed and variable components.

I believe I am paid great for the work that I do.

Pay was advertised as starting out at 17.50 ( no exp ) - Have VAST experience, was onboarded at 16.00.. be honest.

More feedback and better opportunities

They recently did a great pay upgrade for the customer service agents. Managers, however, were left out. With increasing costs of living, it'd be nice to see manager base wages likewise improving.

There were various team group rooms to reach out for support when your own team was not able to assist. .. OKTA had a bulletin board you could recognize your helpful peers / Community and seasonal contests

Everyone is able to come to their work as their authentic self with support from all levels. The people are kind and if you're not leading with empathy and good intent, you won't be at Wayfair long.

It needs honesty, cooperation and leadership to be accountable for delivering not managing upwards and writing bad narratives. There should be zero tolerance for discrimination and bullying.
