Good vision, fiscally responsible, things are well planned and thought out.
Amazing people that helps me grow and succeed
The leadership don't have enough power to take decision and find compromis between higher decision and stability
They are professional and driven
good vision to take the company to the next level. seasoned experience from much more mature companies - to bring best practices and structure for scalability
Planning, executing, understanding the market and hiring top talent.

1. If you are quoting 20-year old, best-selling management books, you are outdated from the start. 2. You can't keep rotating leaders at current speed, and everY time claim that "now you have the right team"
Review from Engineering Dept
Communication is very much lacking in all departments
- Be transparent - Communicate - Build trust - Don't let people who make a noise get their way
Review from Marketing Dept
The CEO has lost control of the company as it has gotten too large for him to manage. He has made very bad hiring decisions, like the CRO.
Review from Sales Dept
The open ended uncapped commission
Restricted stock units and promotions!
Benefits are on par or better than industry avg.
Eniterly WFH, can work from anywhere on the globe for 3 months of the year
Recharge Fridays (every second friday of the month the company offers a day off, that's 12 more long weekends throughout the year!)
Review from HR Dept
The company has no culture and the goals are astronomical and out of touch.
Review from Sales Dept
I would like pay to be competitive and to keep up with inflation and competitors but it just isn't happening.
I was started at a lower salary than what I deserve. Raises are delayed and don't always happen after the first year.
Better market rate pay for the work I am doing, better RSUs
- The company boasts open culture in all their messaging and PR yet the vast majority of questions asked by employees at company town halls are "Anonymous" which is very telling of what people really feel about transparency.
Review from Marketing Dept
I get to work with smart, fun, nice people. You feel like you're part of a team working towards the same goals.
Always there to run things by if needed
People are from all over the world. If you don't care about working off hours, long hours or weekends, that's a perk.
Review from Engineering Dept
They are friendly, approachable & kind.
good people. hard working. good intentions.
Need to be more flexible and improve their communication skill
Meeting tend to drift and get off topic
Review from Customer Support Dept
My immediate team is solid
Review from HR Dept
Everyone works hard and wants to do a good job, while still keeping a good work/life balance.
The recharge friday and the remote
a lot of people working hard to make our products and company better
Lot of training and invests a lot on employees learning and development
Flexible at work, fail is possible
There's too much fear in the air. The most prevalent feeling is desperation. Which leads to politics, etc. It has become a net negative. I would strongly advice friends to stay away.
Review from Engineering Dept
Focus on what is important to our internal and external customers and not delivering what some crazed VP thinks is important to produce for their own self promotion
Review from Sales Dept
- True transparency - Open internal communication
Review from Marketing Dept
I got to chat with really smart people who sold me a vision that was accurate.
How quickly it went for me
The majority of my team interviewing was with the manager whose team I was eventually hired into.
The pairing style interview and the architecture discuss was made with opened mind and knowledge.
a chance to ask a lot of questions and meet a lot of peers & stakeholders
Probably have fewer interviews and a better process to vet candidates
Faster turnaround and better scheduling.
My team is really fantastic.
The commission structure and free lunches
Interesting talking to customers and how the product portfolio is expanding
My team and the work
We have flexibility not only in where we work but how we work. We are trusted to be team players. This allows me to be much more productive and effective.
Like a lot of tech companies, we are all in on AI, but no one can tell you what that means specifically.
The strategy and the environment. Have true leader with true long term vision
Brand awareness - product innovation
Confused directions, trying to promote use cases that are not possible without the kindness of other companies that bring us in their deals
Review from Sales Dept
Bad management.
Review from Sales Dept
That it is used by companies in many industries, so you get to see different use cases and meet diverse people.
Review from Engineering Dept
Customer focus, caring about people.
The people. The product is also fantastic. I'm also aligned with the vision!
Review from Sales Dept
Right now, it seems like the only thing that matters is what the PE needs out of the company. It'd be awesome to go back to prioritizing customers.
Review from Engineering Dept
Promotion and compensation structure and consistency.
Take more diligent time to hire the right people. Don't take chances, even though we're trying to grow fast... Look up to companies like Google, Amazon, etc... Do NOT compromise culture for heads!
