I regret leaving my previous job for this one.
What do you like best about your company?
That it is used by companies in many industries, so you get to see different use cases and meet diverse people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are from all over the world. If you don't care about working off hours, long hours or weekends, that's a perk.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Right now, it seems like the only thing that matters is what the PE needs out of the company. It'd be awesome to go back to prioritizing customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's too much fear in the air. The most prevalent feeling is desperation. Which leads to politics, etc. It has become a net negative. I would strongly advice friends to stay away.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1. If you are quoting 20-year old, best-selling management books, you are outdated from the start. 2. You can't keep rotating leaders at current speed, and everY time claim that "now you have the right team"
