The CEO has lost control of the company as it has gotten too large for him to manage. He has made very bad hiring decisions, like the CRO.

I think they try to be as respectful as possible of work/life balance which I really appreciate

The biggest thing for me was knowing my hiring manager and setting expectations upfront and transparently such that there would be no surprises when I joined (unlike other companies I had worked at previously).

Take more diligent time to hire the right people. Don't take chances, even though we're trying to grow fast... Look up to companies like Google, Amazon, etc... Do NOT compromise culture for heads!
