Zendesk has been great so far - yesterday was my year mark. I love my leadership team (for my org), they're extremely supportive of me and I feel like they have been throughout my tenure. From day one, I've been trusted to operate my book of business and that feels really great.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. The product is also fantastic.

Kind, compassionate people overall. I wish they were smarter...
What do you like best about your company?
The people. The product is also fantastic. I'm also aligned with the vision!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary and bonus are strong, but my equity award is huge compared to any other company that I was interviewing with prior to joining.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're genuine, energetic, danish :), and very well put together. Each executives' profile is strong on paper and in practice. I don't think we necessarily have any weak links at the moment.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Take more diligent time to hire the right people. Don't take chances, even though we're trying to grow fast... Look up to companies like Google, Amazon, etc... Do NOT compromise culture for heads!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The biggest thing for me was knowing my hiring manager and setting expectations upfront and transparently such that there would be no surprises when I joined (unlike other companies I had worked at previously).
