Acelero Is a good company overall but this year its been a chaos with enrollment and staff recruitment. We have a lot of staff vacancies and makes it harder to do our job and do other duties on top of that because we have to cover areas in the center to help out in order to run as smooth as we can.

I think it's ok, I would like for them to change the title of this position from Clerk to either Secretary, Admin. Assistant. Clerk seem so elementary and we work for hard to keep Acelero running. Other than that it ok

Some days good some days a little off but ain't nothing perfect

It's a great company, you could grow in this company if you put in the hard work, and the fact that they help families by providing children with pampers, formula ext.. while the child its in our care that it's great.

They are very welcoming, open, and responsive to any and all communication.

The extra covid pay stay

I enjoy that the PTO doesn't have to be earned, that was very helpful. I also enjoy the amount of PTO, as well as the extended vacation.

I don't have to fight to get benefits, it's very clear on the insurance pages what is and isn't covered. I also love that acupuncture is covered.

I think that the pay rate in general is low and the company needs to give staff a higher pay rate of all things that staff do besides our general duties.

I'm a hard-working woman and I do a lot of work and have different work than other workers in my position people that have the same position gets paid the same or more when they should evaluate their jobs and based on what you do and if you do more than the job should be paid more.

Sometimes when it comes the time to prove that you are valuable to them, you don't see it. It's just wording no actions.

We feel like we are friends/family by knowing each other more an more

My team are fun, respectful, team work players, honest people and the most thing is that they care of each other.

serving the children and parents they talk to me alot and ask for advise, and so do the workers

To come to work in a environment that the staff are team players and to serve and help families.

trying to make a difference in one of the children's life by talking to them and giving them a hug

it's not always good as the stress of not having a leader to guide you
