Great atmosphere, fun co-workers, helping kids

I truly enjoy being an employee at this company. Managers and supervisors and coworkers are always looking out for me, and everyone else in our workplace. I feel satisfied and comfortable here.

I love working here. I have been fulltime for almost a year now and although there are challenging days I feel like I have a place where I can do meaningful work in a supportive environment with people who have similar interests and life goals as me.

So far so good, but its only been a few eeks

Being an employee at Adelphoi/Adelphoi Education for over 25 years I have seen the company grow and evolve. We are constantly creating new opportunities to assist the kids in the communities and an impact is definitely being seen.

They are trying to take more interest in their employee's in multiple ways, including competitive pay

I appreciate the incentive bonuses based on performance. Adelphoi has also become more competitive with their salaries in comparison to other local districts.

I appreciate that I can have my husband and children on our healthcare coverage.

comparatively, other companies that have similar jobs pay more than Adelphoi does.

pay increase for paraprofessional, I feel they are a big inback for the school

I am a good teacher and in the inflationary economy more money is appropriate.

Not that I feel undervalued, but I would enjoy higher pay to feel fully compensated for the duties that I perform in the workplace. I always strive to do more and to become better. My salary is below average for my title though.

I have more training and specified skills than peers in my same/similar position so I am considered a leader but did not receive a pay increase to correspond with this leadership position.

We work together, all the time. It's almost like we are a family.

Co-workers are struggling with their own anxieties which affect the entire team. Leaders encourage self-care but at this point in the year teachers are frustrated and unable to cope as well as other years...

We look out for one another and take care of each other. We also like to have fun!

I do not feel supported or respected by the administration. I feel like I cannot function properly in my role due to a lack of resources. There is not much room for growth in my role.

I'm not really sure. I mean, is anyone really ever excited to go to work?
