What makes you most happy at work?

I love coming in and seeing the kids every day.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work really well together and value each others input.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are all really supportive and are great listening ears with great suggestions to resolve issues.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I love the kids we work with and I love the commitment that my co-workers have to creating a great environment for the kids and ourselves.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have more training and specified skills than peers in my same/similar position so I am considered a leader but did not receive a pay increase to correspond with this leadership position.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
