I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.

Individual people rather than the overall culture.

Meeting personal goals and working with certain people.

I like that our leadership team meets on the regular basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people here, especially the "middle tier" of employees, are willing to collaborate and try new ideas for best results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the time I feel especially undervalued outside of my department. I would feel better about my compensation if there was a clear path to achieve raises and/or promotions.
