What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is generous for staff

The PTO. Even though I usually can't use it all (my own doing and not the company) I can put the extra into an ELA account. The medical benefits are great too and working for a company that helps pay deductibles/copays and takes on more of the financial burden so I don't have too.

Out of pocket charge for my health insurance monthly is minimal compared to what other companies are charging and I am thankful for that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay. There is not much difference between my pay (with years of experience at Adelphoi and with other jobs) and that of someone just starting. Medical co-pays are high and numerous.
