I work in an environment that encourages people to be leaders themselves and to take pride in their work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Trustworthy and dependable. My team is more like my extended family and we all know we can count on each other to get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are many things I love about the leadership team at Adelphoi. The main one is they take great care of their employees and really promote a work/life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO. Even though I usually can't use it all (my own doing and not the company) I can put the extra into an ELA account. The medical benefits are great too and working for a company that helps pay deductibles/copays and takes on more of the financial burden so I don't have too.
