I am given autonomy in much of what I do while being supported when and where I need
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture seems very laid back/relaxed. As long as you get your work done and keep kids safe you'll get along just fine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The teaching profession in general is undervalued, we work with very difficult students, and personally, I have a ton of teaching experience and graduate-level degrees that don't seem to carry any value.
