It is a good company to work for

Adelphoi has been absolutetly wonderful to me. I feel a connection between the work ethic and commitment I've shown in relationship to my current position. I also feel like the focus has shifted to a mire business minded agency. At the end of the day are we really helping kids?

Overall, Adelphoi is an amazing place to work and has a lot of amazing people to work with. There is a sense of community and teamwork. I do believe that I am underpaid, have a heavier workload than most and am not making enough per hour for the amount of work that I do.

I just think that the base pay for most jobs is not good for the work expected of people.

Being paid competitively for the amount of experience I have and fairly for the amount of time with the company.

I feel like more and more work gets put on me to do that was not necessarily my work to begin with, and then do not get any compensation for the extra duties. I feel like I am doing the work of two people in my position and only getting paid for one.

As a teacher in public schools, I was making the same as I am now as a Principal.

We have great communication and all hardworking

The ladies that are training me are very patient and understanding. They answer the same questions over again until you understand.

The team members are Considerate, helpful, and friendly.

Whether its a communication issue or otherwise, one person completing their jonb should not have a negative ripple effect ( or at least a preceived negative ripple effect) for those around them. The mission is the same for the agency. I feel that some people have forgotten out mission.

Communication when it comes to change or working harder could be better.
