What does the leadership team need to get better at?Taking feedback and learning from it as well as taking the responsibility when their teams fail. Failure is the only sure fire way to success and pointing the finger your staff when goals aren't met only brings down moral, in turn leading to more failure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Unmanageable work loads with no reward or recognition.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Take constructive criticism and learn from it. When someone gives you pointers that will help you improve at what you do, talk about it instead of assuming something is correct because "someone else did it the same way".
