What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability, respirce management, training investment
Hospital Operations needs to get better.. better communication to physicians and staff
Listening to employees that do the work. New leadership has stepped in, and without listening to their team, they start to bark orders. Contracted leadership is everywhere in the organization that has no interest in the health of their staff.
Needs to be educated and not get promoted because they r adventist ..very mediocre C level execs...
Transparency, communication and not providing conflicting messaving. Listening to frontline workers/clinicians and taking that input or concerns into consideration.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My degrees should be factored into my compensation
No communication from senior management ( C suite) until therebis a problem . Culture of blame is prevalent and lack of respect for nursing ; and really siloed mentality
Everythang needs to change for good
Poor health coverage and pay.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees getting paid fairly and being promoted without any discrimination
Change culture ... it all attributed to thenlongevity of the CEO , who I think lost his effectiveness as a leader , including his team who are all been at White for decades... White Memorial is significant to the community but needs to be reinvigorated with fresh vision of a good leader
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would love the process to be more streamlined and easier to complete
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Promotions not being fair and everyone should be treated fairly
Complete ovethaul of the C-suite ! Ge fresh new team with fresh vision to make swift change that can create a high performing team .. currently there are more slugs and unmotivated employees who are deeply rooted & connected to senior managemment- This should be looked at by corporate
