Hospital Operations needs to get better.. better communication to physicians and staff
Listening to employees that do the work. New leadership has stepped in, and without listening to their team, they start to bark orders. Contracted leadership is everywhere in the organization that has no interest in the health of their staff.
Needs to be educated and not get promoted because they r adventist ..very mediocre C level execs...
Transparency, communication and not providing conflicting messaving. Listening to frontline workers/clinicians and taking that input or concerns into consideration.

Change culture ... it all attributed to thenlongevity of the CEO , who I think lost his effectiveness as a leader , including his team who are all been at White for decades... White Memorial is significant to the community but needs to be reinvigorated with fresh vision of a good leader
