What do you like best about the leadership team?
They at least pretend to care and listen
Occasionally come and communicate with us
the leadership is well-informed, and organized. They are focused on the goal and mission of the Adventist healthcare organizations
Honest and transparent, and live into our values.
Very supportive leadership team, willing to listen to any concerns posted by employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability, respirce management, training investment
Hospital Operations needs to get better.. better communication to physicians and staff
Listening to employees that do the work. New leadership has stepped in, and without listening to their team, they start to bark orders. Contracted leadership is everywhere in the organization that has no interest in the health of their staff.
Needs to be educated and not get promoted because they r adventist ..very mediocre C level execs...
Transparency, communication and not providing conflicting messaving. Listening to frontline workers/clinicians and taking that input or concerns into consideration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair and equitable.
Very competitive benefits package especially for the area

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My degrees should be factored into my compensation
No communication from senior management ( C suite) until therebis a problem . Culture of blame is prevalent and lack of respect for nursing ; and really siloed mentality
Everythang needs to change for good
Poor health coverage and pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team building activities and good support from the team
Resilient , hard working and willing to do the work when presented
Collaborative, hard working, high achievers, team oriented, productive, fun
Everyone on my team is willing to come together and work as a team

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working together with coowerkers , resident student all goculty except the management
We are passionate about our mission and values.
Very excellent teamwork, everyone comes together to work for the greater good
Generally speaking, everyone is friendly and works well together.
Everyone is friendly, helpful, and willing to be a team player
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees getting paid fairly and being promoted without any discrimination
Change culture ... it all attributed to thenlongevity of the CEO , who I think lost his effectiveness as a leader , including his team who are all been at White for decades... White Memorial is significant to the community but needs to be reinvigorated with fresh vision of a good leader

They were very efficient and profitionally

I would love the process to be more streamlined and easier to complete

connecting with my patients, finding ways to ease their stressors via professional evaluation and attention and intention. I absolutely thrive off of helping people that need it. They motivate me to keep learning so i can help more

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Promotions not being fair and everyone should be treated fairly
Complete ovethaul of the C-suite ! Ge fresh new team with fresh vision to make swift change that can create a high performing team .. currently there are more slugs and unmotivated employees who are deeply rooted & connected to senior managemment- This should be looked at by corporate
