Leaving. We dont even have a break to eat food. We have to inhale while in the middle of our duties, which are continuous.

Put quality and employees ahead of the numbers. Take care of the people and they will get the numbers
AECOM sometimes is too large to provide the expected services to its clients
Management needs to change, engineers need to run the business not accountants or lawyers
Too burocatic and no innovation
The company is a complete disaster. Management doesn't have a clue whats happening or how to run a business. They don’t care about their employees. Turn over is the highest
The sr. Executive team needs to be replaced with competent leaders. The company is currently run by bean counters that don’t have a clue about how to motivate and sustain a happy and produc

Everyone hates each other and no one respects anyone
Review from Marketing Dept
Hiring managers only hire their alumni and friends. These people can't win jobs for the company.
Review from Engineering Dept
Decent management, to look after the team.
Look at the overall structure from top to middle management and reduce the unwieldy overhead.

Address the concerned that myself and my colleagues have raised in the previous boxes time and time again.

Work requires a high school level of knowledge and has no actual responsibility. Having more meaningful work that promotes personal development and has a direct impact on the success of the organization and our clients, and increased responsibility would improve the work experience considerably.
Review from Engineering Dept
The company does not have a unified ethos for employees to grasp on to. It is all about profit and shareholder satisfaction while doing work that is meant to help the greater good.

NO ONE IS CROSS TRAINED. OFTEN THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO KNOWS THE JOB. IF THAT PERSON GOES ON VACATION IT JUST MEANS THERE WILL BE MORE WORK UPON RETURN
Review from Operations Dept
Mediocre pay, low PTO, ridiculous 401K match rules - match only given at end of year and that if you leave mid year you lose your match. Too many hoops to jump through for health care. Required to eat time often on projects or conferences/ training so staff don't feel valued.
Review from Engineering Dept
Too much focus on short term goals
Review from Engineering Dept
Treat employees like assets not numbers
Review from IT Dept
Work environment is not great and management seems concerned only about profit.
Review from Engineering Dept
The offices that are going after work and winning contracts are not rewarded with actually being able to work on the projects. Instead, once a contract is won, it is being sent to an office that "specializes" in that industry. It is frustrating to get excited about a project and see it go elsewhere.
