Not much anymore since the growth. And AI usage
They like to engage in group chats. And are kind.
Would have my own company do the recruiting and hiring and not a third-party
They do not do promotions even after being a top preformer for years. If there was a clear defined process to be promoted. It would be better.
They throw an employee appreciation week every year, and if you work at the main office in Georgia, it's really cool. But if you remote, you're better off twiddling your thumbs.
