Very good company if you're only intrested in working in a entry level position. There are no growth opportunities at Aflac. And would rather be understaffed than promote. And if they do promote anyone they hire someone from outside the company.

They like to engage in group chats. And are kind.

Would have my own company do the recruiting and hiring and not a third-party
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not do promotions even after being a top preformer for years. If there was a clear defined process to be promoted. It would be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They throw an employee appreciation week every year, and if you work at the main office in Georgia, it's really cool. But if you remote, you're better off twiddling your thumbs.
