What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing I have been left to figure out everything not own. My first day I was handed a binder and told I have you the information what you do with it is up to you. I have never hot any of my bonuses or hot close to winning anything because I'm still trying to figure this out on my own.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My DSC dosent do much of anything for some of us she helps the ones that she's friends with and the rest of us are left to do things our selves. I have tried to talk to my RSC and that is a wall as well. To be honest I really like Aflac but I need to make a living and am looking for other employment
