Terrible change in Culture from “Field Force” to “Its ALL about the Broker”. The Field Force was the difference for 60+ Years. Now Corporate is scrubbing client list to steal existing accounts to “transfer” them to Broker - hoping to get “more” business down the road. NOT! Now they have 30,000..
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Aflac told the Field Force over the past 3-5 Years they will “take” (their) clients with 13 months of no new business and give to someone (New Agent or District)... butbthey WILL take a BIG Account ANYTIME if it may get a Broker to open up more of the Brokers book. Very short sighted.
