It was a friendly, informative and welcoming process that made me excited to become licensed and join the team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is purely a commission-based-earnings structure, which is difficult to adjust to after being 'paid regularly' but the commissions on policies are fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving the customers and assisting with claims processing was a very rewarding aspect of the work when it was what I did full time
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a high turnover rate with newly-licensed associates, especially those without a strong support system coming into it. There's lots of knowledge in the 'seasoned' salespeople though
