Allstate Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Paid Time Off was plentiful

Raises are given for staying

Salary and Pension are the best parts.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Salary, hmo, incentives, paid leaves

Our Health insurance at our agency is paid for by our Agency owner!

Paid time off and remote work

I believe i am paid fairly for the work i'm doing

Annual Hikes and incentives, variable pay

Review from IT Dept

Pension and huge medical benefits

Basic Salary and shift allowance

401k match, salary and pension.

I get paid every other week

The best thing about the compensation package is that it drives growth.

Review from Sales Dept

They provide good package. But the growth is little bits less

Match for match as far as 401

Performance based pay. Very clear performance parameters and transparency about compensation.

401k , pension, PTO, and yearly raises

4 percent 401 k match

Review from IT Dept

The pay is pretty decent

I get paid enough and decent

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A more competitive salary for my position.

The base salary of all sales associates needs to be increased according to their sales experience and past production. This should not be left to the discretion of a "new" field vice president who provides no support to any of his team and who is known for his employees leaving Allstate under him.

Review from Sales Dept

Adequate Benefits, not being forced to take a 401k, promotion opportunities for non white straight christians. Adequate yearly raises. Better organization of shift start and end times. Less reliance on AI that doesn't work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

To be compensated for every policy sold and that not the first nine go to Allstate. If you sell something you should be compensated for it no matter what

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is in the low market rate for role , not suitable for cost of living

I believe that all jobs should start minimally at 20 an hour

Getting appropriate commissions and a higher base would make me feel better.

Review from Sales Dept

More competitive pay as well as a better benefit package.

I have been given little to no training for my role. The claim distribution system is broken. Despite bring up the fact that I was assigned significantly more claims than the rest of the department nothing was done.

Acutally pay me what they are paying other people walking in the door. I get paid 17 an hour and people are starting off no degrees or experience getting at least $7 more

Yes many of us feel undervalued and overworked. Yearly bonus’s, or better pay raise and/or cost of living increas

I would be happy if I was paid at market value.

Job security people manager pay

My compensation is sub-par. People at fast food restaurants make more than I do, a "Licensed Sales Professional". Not sure why. No options or stock. No benefits.

Micromanaged AF! If you treat employees like babies, they'll eventually start acting like babies

I feel undervalued and what would make me feel better is if 75% of the paygrade was not considered the new 100% of the paygrade in terms of being eligible for a raise.

Hetting oaid more having bonus having bigger anual rasies

Review from Customer Support Dept

The extra work that I put daily and the work I do as per my qualifications are not appreciated

The pay is not equal to standards of the other IT companies

Benefits and more pay for my ever increasing workload
