Having control over situations when clients are angry. If they're angry at me for something claims or Allstate corporate did and can't understand there's nothing I can do, I become very frustrated.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Comoany always reducing service fir clients

Improve customer service by Increasing one on one human interaction with customers (phone calls). This would most definitely have to be done by moving the main Allstate Call crnter back to the United States from India. This is only hurting Allstate's business, entire brand, and definitely reputation

Low pay for hard work , recognition has gone down since covid ,cutbacks .

They should look into the racial injustice they have going on with allstate. Being singled out because you werent trained like the next person or because you dont understand something. They for sure have a injustice bias system in the entire organization

We need to start paying our claims

There is nothing good with this company since some leaders left and others were fired

Loyal customers are rewarded with continually increased premiums in order to offer new customers artificially low rates.

Transformative growth programs are destroying morale, competence of new employees and customer satisfaction.

Overworked employees do not provide quality customer service. If we can hire good talent quickly enough we will continue to lose quality talent to other companies.
