Improve customer service by Increasing one on one human interaction with customers (phone calls). This would most definitely have to be done by moving the main Allstate Call crnter back to the United States from India. This is only hurting Allstate's business, entire brand, and definitely reputation

Low pay for hard work , recognition has gone down since covid ,cutbacks .
They should look into the racial injustice they have going on with allstate. Being singled out because you werent trained like the next person or because you dont understand something. They for sure have a injustice bias system in the entire organization
