    needed surgery this year, made out of pocket limit and the rest was covered. Lower than usual 80% company pay /20% you pay, more like 90/10

    Because we get micro managed by managers that have no social skills and yell at employees on the floor in front of people. A raise yearly

    Amazon gives stock rather than raises where possible. Annual raises are 1-3%, promotion raises capped at 30%. There are no other raises

    Former employee. Amazon burns their employees out. They need to improve their cross department training, and rotate employees among them.

    Associates that are hired with education bachelor's degree, masters degree etc. Should be paid more than associates without educational.
