That I go into work and do my job and don't have to worry about what anyone else and the fact I only have to work 4 ten hour days and get

Expected to constantly work hard and take less breaks. Learn humans have to use the restroom more than 30 minutes in a 10 hour period.

I get to learn new things that would help me in jobs that require experience that would usually require a degree or certification.

seeing the bright look on someones face as you teach them something new or give them new tools to make their job easier.
