What makes you most happy at Amazon?

Freedom to do what I think will get results and if I get results I get to try again. Amazon is open to ideas from everyone equally!

I am never happy at work but I guess seeing my coworkers. This place drains the life out of me and causes severe undue stress.

being able to go to work and meet new people and give 100% to our customers so they get what they need or ordered

Toxic work environment were bad people managers are allowed to thrive. Problem ignored because it is a burn and churn environment.

My coworkers. We are a very diverse workforce, and that's one of the things I like best about working at Amazon.

The enviroment and not being fairly compensated. I had to get few surgeries and had to use all my time.

Being productive and a part of a team that does amazing things.

I love solving customer's problems. A mystery novel conclusion after every correspondence.
