    Morale needs to be improved. That is hard to do when we all feel that the company does not care about us. Under paid/over worked!!!!!!!!!!

    No consistency as they stress as the Core element in all decisions. Sugar coat answers , & say what they want Us to hear.

    Be proactive in getting to know each other and not necessarily leaning only on the people you already know when there are team changes.

    Many of my coworkers are friendly but some are too bossy/controlling. Stop pretending to be a manager and work as part of a team.
