
Morale needs to be improved. That is hard to do when we all feel that the company does not care about us. Under paid/over worked!!!!!!!!!!
No consistency as they stress as the Core element in all decisions. Sugar coat answers , & say what they want Us to hear.
Be proactive in getting to know each other and not necessarily leaning only on the people you already know when there are team changes.
If they weren't the bottom of the barrel of society that would help. The job we do does take skill to do it effectively.
Many of my coworkers are friendly but some are too bossy/controlling. Stop pretending to be a manager and work as part of a team.
Be part of the solution not the problem learn NO if what they asked to do and not right we are to say no
Because of the indecisiveness of the management, all sorts of leeches plague the work environment. A lot of people slack because of this.
coworkers need to start treating eachother fairly and not have it out for eachother, but rather try to genuinely work as a team
Nothing because everyone is stressed out and going crazy cause of our manager. Work better when they take the stress off of everyone
They need to stop worrying about what others are, or are not, doing, and just concentrate on their jobs.
Accountability for indirect role performance. We could work better together by leaving the personal drama at the door.
Communication. Too many people promoted for the wrong reasons. Way too much backstabbing. Capped salaries.
Management needs to work better,with the front line workers, to help shape a good team.

Get rid of the outsourced employees answering North American questions from customers.
