Amcor Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are decent. They could be better

All overtime is paid at double time plus 30% loading gor doing nightshift

Everything is included there but dentist

7% 401k match, but vested after 3 years

Pay. I dint work there anymore, was not given the option to say that.

Benefits are good. But for new employees, maybe not so good. They are paid almost $5.00 less an hour to do the same job as someone hired prior to 2011.

Very competitive starting rate and fair bonuses based on performance.

I like the generous salary and bonus. I also appreciate that Amcor covers a good share of medical benefits which helps keep premiums down for the employee.

The salary and health benefits

401k is matched up to 8 percent

las bonos anuales de cumplimiento.

Dental and paid vacations and my off days

Its all good couldn't be better

Visibility and good balance between performance and total package

The flexibility in taking vacation time.

Right now it’s not bad, but they want to take away all your days off. You will have no family life whatsoeve

Tuition reimbursement and paid time off

I'm paid fairly and 401K has grown well.

The best part would be the health insurances.

Review from Product Dept

Annual bonus and merit increase is competitive. Pay seems to be lower than others in similar departments within the same industry but there’s also a lot of flexibility for movement within the company that may allow

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Big decline in variable compensation over the last fee years

They beat you down until you give into their ideas

Bonuses were taken mostly away

Cost of living compensation. Equal pay to other plants doing the same job

In Amcor salaries are based on location rather than based on actual skill & responsibilities.

When a few people in leadership positions get millions in compensation and bonuses and workers get a 2% raise.

I just want to get what i worked for.

Realistic targets for a Bonus

The work expected is above and beyond my job description. Yet the pay is standard at best.

I'm actively seeking other opportunities and the offers I'm receiving are far above what I'm compensated for now. The health insurance cost more than my house payment and raises are held below 3% for everyone. We are also segregated from salaried employees when it comes to other benefits.

Review from Product Dept

Sales incentive plan for comeercial team is not clear... its confusing and with a poor outcome.

Easy, give back to the employees what they already had 5 years ago. Those cuts were unnecessary and could have been avoided. The executives just took the easy way out and chose to take benefits away instead of using some ingenuity or creativity to come up with an alternative. Very sad and unsustain
