Work together to solve problems with similar understandings of our strengths and weaknesses and overall focus on the company’s best interest

I think the most positive thing about the culture is that everyone encourages you to ask questions and dig into opportunities as you come across them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonus and merit increase is competitive. Pay seems to be lower than others in similar departments within the same industry but there’s also a lot of flexibility for movement within the company that may allow
What did you like most about the interview process?
A broad panel of interviewers from many departments that interact with the role and responsibilities I was applying for. Got to get a taste of the expectations of my direct supervisor as well as my internal "customer."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very reasonable and down to earth working with multiple departments to get to the best answer/solution while also understanding that we may have to work with the best information we have at the time (can never be 100% accurate).
What makes you most happy at work?
The level of empowerment and control I have over my career. If I find an opportunity for improvement or a project I want to start up and take ownership of I’m encouraged to do it. If I want to learn something new within the organization I have the freedom to reach out to those depar
