What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part would be the health insurances.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They seemed honest in their words to me. In hind sight, I was incorrect

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership. Our plant needs a team of strong leaders who understand catering to the weak is not a smart business plan

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership. Our plant lacks leadership in a big way. The leadership positions are filled but the employees who fill them have little to no leadership qualities.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading. Making the work force feel like a team. We employees in the work force of the Lebanon Pennsylvania Amcor plant feel very much alone in battles with our leadership team. They cater to favorite employees. There is a group of leaders here who regularly take atvantage of their positions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Employees are encouraged to do the bare minimum in the Lebanon Amcor plant. I mean this bc there is absolutely no Benefit to working harder and producing more. By doing such they will only take advantage of an employees work ethic and drive and ask more and more of that employee while not offering
