Our leadership team is very hands on with their employees at Amcor. They address their employees face to face, especially when it comes to serious matters like safety, health, and well being. What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amcor makes so much available to you that other companies don't take seriously enough. Amcor offers their employees the best options possible because they value their employees like no one else
The benefits are decent. They could be better
All overtime is paid at double time plus 30% loading gor doing nightshift
Everything is included there but dentist
7% 401k match, but vested after 3 years
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with my team at Amcor because we are exactly the true definition of a team. Caring about each other's safety while also maintaining fantastic communication and understand that we are a team of quality individuals that give our best no matter what time or day it may be.

The people that work at Amcor are the number one thing that make it such a great place to work for.

The thing I liked the most was how personal and just at ease I felt during my interview.
