The lack of respect & communication

Management needs to take work experience into consideration and notice the employees that actually work hard and not just play favorites. Managers should not be hanging out with associates outside of work. They also need to take sexual harassment MUCH more seriously.

Managers are very pressuring and disrespectful. We are always forced to stay after scheduled time without asking for our permission. Always asking us to come in early and not leave early
