Seeing that my team is happy and excited at work makes me the happiest I could ever be!

We value and care for each other. We are here to help build each other up. We have all become good friends :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our company pays for our short term & long-term disability. We as employees pay nothing for it. We have a number of health plans to choose from. We get a good amount of paid vacation and volunteer time as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have managers who care and look to help their team grow and succeed. I get a chance to make a difference in my community and help people every day. I never feel like I need to put the business needs above members needs. We put out team and members first.
