Been a good work experience, I have advanced since my entry into the Amplify family. We have many tools that help with various assignments. Training is an area that is in high need for all levels in particular new employees/transitioning to new roles.

We are future focused with our projects and that is important in this constantly changing digital world.

They communicate changes and our future path transparently. They also encourage our feedback and provide various means to do so.

We share perspectives and ideas in an open forum to be able to share our experience with processes and shared experiences.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Merit increases are a good method of offsetting price of living increases the Austin area has been having. Working remote is a great option.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on items that I know help the organization is a good thing to work on. It is even better every time we finish a project that helps us meet our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO is very open and transparent on the current status of our organization and about the future planned path. CEO always voices his support for our teams and walks the talk with action.
