I have worked here for 25 years and every year has been new and challenging and has helped me grow. It's not always easy but it is usually worth the hard times. I love that Amplify is a place to come and learn and fail and do better and that there are mentors who help you along the way.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy that I'm able to make decisions in my work and within our team with confidence from my manager.
